To schedule an initial consultation please call 615-356-5075 and leave a brief message with your return phone number. Dr. Davis kindly requests that you not contact her via email. All clinical inquiries are handled by a personal telephone call.
Session Length
The initial consultation to establish treatment direction and goals is 55-60 minutes. Follow-up sessions are 45 minutes. The frequency and number of follow-up sessions will depend on client needs and goals.
Fee for Service
Dr. Davis is a fee for service provider. This means that services are rendered and charged to the individual client with payment expected at the time of service. Upon request, a monthly statement may be provided to you. As a courtesy, insurance billing may be available on a limited basis. This is mainly for out-of-network benefits if the client's insurance policy includes such provisions.
